I grew up in the Bay Area. Throughout my childhood, my family hopped around from city to city. During these changes, my teachers have always been my greatest influencers. The teachers that I’ve had throughout my life became more than just teachers for me. They became role models. Therefore, I knew that I wanted to become a great teacher for others. Someone that can be trusted, someone that made learning fun and interesting and above all, a great friend.

My childcare journey began right after graduating from high school. I started working with children on the spectrum and during those two years I discovered my true calling. From that moment I decided to expand on my work with children. 

With time, I found my way to Berkeley Little School. I am so happy and grateful to have found a school such as this that strives to honor all of the values that align with my personal teaching philosophy. Here I enjoy sharing my love of art, reading stories, and cooking with the children.

When I’m not teaching I love exploring the Bay area, creating art, and most recently, learning how to play the guitar.
